GUARANTEE GUARANTEE 12 MENSILITIES
The "Guaranty 12 month guarantee" is a guarantee issued by a company in favor of the owner to guarantee that the tenant pays punctually the individual rents established by the contract. It is an additional guarantee that certifies the solvency of the tenant. DEPOSIT 3 MENSILITIES
